Terms and Conditions:
1) 40% of the total course fees to be paid within 15 days from the date of payment of registration amount.
2) Before the commencement of class, minimum 60% of the total fees should be deposited.
3) The registration amount is non refundable.
4) The registration amount is the confirmation of admission.
5) The scholarship amount will be calculated on the course fees. If any of the document is unverified or not according to the government standard then with immediate effect the scholarship stands cancelled and the student is liable to pay the full fees.
6) No two scholarship will be clubbed together. The highest scholarship will be applicable.
7) Registration Fee (For all programs): 5000/-
Legal Proceedings:
All legal proceedings of the company come under the Lucknow Jurisdiction.
In case, any dispute or difference arises between you and the Institute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of in pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed by the Chairman of M/s Vidya Ashram Career Institute. The proceedings shall be conducted at Lucknow under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Lucknow only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be. If an Arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any reason, does not proceeded with, it shall be after entering into the reference proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with. it shall be lawful for the Chairman of M/s Vidya Ashram Career Institute to appoint another person to act as arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at which was left by— predecessor, if both the parties consent to this effect, failing which the new arbitrator will be entitled to proceed de novo. The court in the city where Centre/ Branch of Vidya Ashram Career Institute is located will have jurisdiction over the matter and/ or for enforcement as the case may be.
